At the heart of exceptional healthcare are the patients and families we serve. Our Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) brings together patients, family members, caregivers, and staff to partner in improving the care experience for everyone.
The Patient & Family Advisory Council is a group of patients and family members who work alongside our care teams and leadership to share perspectives, ideas, and feedback based on real experiences. PFAC members help guide decisions that shape how care is delivered — before, during, and after a patient’s visit.

Your experience matters. By volunteering with the Patient & Family Advisory Council, you can help shape safer, more compassionate, and more responsive care for our community.
